Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Victoria: 2–5 business days
- Other Australian states: 3–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Australia Post and your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Velvet Ember is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect addresses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us at velvetember79@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
